  • How do I book a party with MOV Party Co.?

    You can submit a booking request through our website. Once we confirm availability, a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.

  • Do you accept Afterpay or Klarna?

    Yes! MOV Party Co. proudly accepts both Afterpay and Klarna as flexible payment options for your convenience.

  • Is the booking fee refundable?

    No. All booking fees are non-refundable and go toward your total event balance.

  • When is the final payment due?

    Final payment is due 24 hours prior of your event date. (Excludes payments using AfterPay/Klarna)

  • Can I reschedule my event?

    Yes! We allow one reschedule subject to availability.

  • Do you deliver and set up the party?

    Yes, we handle delivery and setup. We’ll arrive approximately 1–2 hours before your event starts.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We proudly serve Parkersburg, WV, and surrounding areas. If you’re outside this area, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.

  • How long is the rental period?

    Our packages range from 2-4 hours. Extended time can be arranged for an additional fee.

  • What happens if there’s bad weather?

    For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup indoor location. We’ll work with you to reschedule if needed, based on availability.

  • Are your bounce houses and rental equipment santized?

    Yes! Cleanliness and safety are top priorities. All bounce houses and rental equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every use to ensure a safe and healthy environment for your little ones.

  • Can I scedule my event at the park?

    Yes! We are able to set up at local parks! However, it’s your responsibility to secure any required permits or permissions from the city or park authority. Please ensure the park has access to electricity if your rental requires it, or let us know in advance so we can provide a generator for an additional fee.

  • Is MOV Party Co. insured?

    Yes! MOV Party Co. is fully insured. We carry a liability insurance to help protect our clients, guests, and out team. If your venue or park requires proof of insurance, we’re happy to provide documentation upon request.

  • How much is booking fee?

    A $100 deposit is required for all packages at the time of booking. Once your deposit is received, your date is officially reserved, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

  • Are there any extra fees for using Afterpay or Klarna?

    MOV Party Co. does not charge additional fees, but you should check with Afterpay or Klarna for any service-related fees or interest depending on your account.
