Weather Policy

Your child’s safety (and our equipment) is our top priority! If weather conditions are unsafe — such as rain, high winds, or extreme heat — we will be unable to set up outdoors.

• If temperatures are expected to exceed 90°F, a shaded area or tent must be provided to protect the play equipment.

• Please have an indoor or backup location planned in case of unsuitable weather.

• If no backup is available, your non-refundable deposit can be credited toward a future date.

Insurance & Liability

MOV Party Co. is fully covered by general liability insurance. However, for everyone’s protection, we require a signed release of liability form before your event.

Setup Guidelines

We offer indoor and outdoor setups, but the space must be appropriate for the rentals.

• The surface must be flat, dry, clean, and free of debris.

• We cannot set up on dirt, sand, or uneven ground.

• Grass is okay, as long as it is clean and free of pet waste.
